Premier League giants Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Fulham defender Antonee Robinson who has also been linked with Chelsea. The Merseyside club will reportedly have to shell out £40-50 million to sign the American left-back.
Robinson has been one of Fulham's ace defenders this season, playing every minute of every game in the Premier League. The American has maintained an average passing accuracy of 80% and has kept three clean sheets in the Premier League this season.

According to a report by Football Insider, Liverpool will have to pay between £40 million and £50 million to sign the player in the upcoming transfer window. The 27-year-old left-back's contract was last extended in the summer of 2023 and will expire on June 30, 2028.
In a recent episode of Football Insider's Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O'Rourke revealed that The Reds were impressed by Robinson's performance in Fulham's 2-2 draw against Liverpool on December 14.
The American assisted both goals scored by his side and amassed a rating of 8.0 on Sofascore - the highest in the match for a Fulham player.
As things stand, Robinson remains a key component in Marco Silva's outfit and Fulham will reportedly demand a huge transfer fee to set the player free in the upcoming transfer windows.
Michael Owen hails Arsenal as Liverpool's only title challenger this season
Liverpool are currently at the summit of the Premier League table with 42 points in 17 games. The Reds have lost just one game and have won seven of their last ten games across competitions. Their closest competitors are Chelsea, who have amassed 36 points in 18 games and are currently second in the table.
However, former England forward Michael Owen has claimed that Arsenal are the only team that can challenge Arne Slot's outfit this season. He said (via Metro):
"Everyone around them is falling away at the same time, Chelsea lost today, Manchester City dropped points again, and they’re probably out of it now. When I look at the league table, I’d be astonished if Liverpool don’t go on to win it now."
"I think their only danger could be Arsenal. I don’t fancy Chelsea, I think they are too young, too inexperienced. Forest are having a great season but they can’t sustain that. Newcastle are too far behind, even though they are coming into good form at the moment, Bournemouth can’t challenge either."
Mikel Arteta's side ended the Premier League with 89 points last time - merely two points behind champions Manchester City. However, the Cityzens are groveling at number seven in the Premier League table this season.
Liverpool are dominating in the UEFA Champions League as well. The Merseysiders haven't lost a game in the competition and have a perfect record in six games.
