Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) are reportedly willing to offer Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah a €500k per week contract in a bid to sign him in the summer. This is according to a report from fichajes.net, who claim that the Reds attacker's future at Anfield remains undecided.
The Egpyt icon's current contract with the Merseysiders comes to an end in the summer of 2025, after which he may leave the club for free. However, one would assume that the higher-ups at Anfield are looking to keep Salah at the club, given his incredible form this season.
The former AS Roma star has made 26 appearances across competitions this season under Arne Slot, bagging 20 goals and 17 assists. He leads the way for most goals and assists in the Premier League this year.
Therefore, it isn't surprising to see PSG trying to snap up the veteran, who is now 32 years old. According to the aforementioned report, the Parisians wish to offer Salah a three-year deal, which will keep him at the club till the summer of 2028.
Apart from the obvious threat in Liverpool, the Ligue 1 giants will also seemingly face competition from Saudi Pro League outfit Al Hilal. As per this outlet, the club from the Middle East are willing to offer better financial terms compared to PSG.
Salah has been a magnificent player for Liverpool over the years, making 375 appearances across competitions, bagging 231 goals and 105 assists. He's won the Premier League and UEFA Champions League trophies once each, among other honors at Anfield.
Liverpool looking to sign Belgian winger to replace Mohamed Salah at Anfield- Reports
Liverpool are reportedly looking to sign PSV Eindhoven winger Johan Bakayoko to replace Mohamed Salah. This is according to a report from a Dutch-language newspaper in Belgium, Het Belang van Limburg, who says that several other Premier League sides are also interested (via MSN).
It is also claimed that the Reds could snap up the 21-year-old attacker for a bargain price of £37 million. The interest in Bakayoko has come after his performances at club level last season, where he made 48 appearances across competitions, bagging 14 goals and assists each.
He's continued to play a prominent role this season as well, making 21 appearances across competitions, bagging six goals and three assists. A large part of Bakayoko's current price could come down to the fact that his contract runs out in the summer of 2026.
