Real Madrid are reportedly planning to offload Aurelien Tchouameni, Ferland Mendy and David Alaba at the turn of the year. According to Fichajes.net, Carlo Ancelotti is believed to have run out of patience with the trio and has sanctioned their departure.

The Italian manager is looking to revamp his squad after an indifferent season so far. Los Blancos are on a run of two defeats in two games against Barcelona and AC Milan.

The reigning champions are second in the LaLiga table after 11 games, nine points behind the Catalans who have played a game more. The team have struggled to impress this season, and Real Madrid are already preparing for changes in January.

As per the aforementioned report, Los Blancos want to streamline their squad and have decided to let go of their underperformers. Aurelien Tchouameni has been a disappointment so far, despite starting regularly this season.

The Frenchman has appeared 15 times this season across competitions but his performances haven't been up to the mark. Real Madrid are willing to let him go if they receive a suitable offer amid interest from the Premier League.

Meanwhile, Ferland Mendy's days at the Santiago Bernabeu may also be numbered. The French defender is one of the weak links in the backline and Los Blancos have already identified Bayern Munich's Alphonso Davies as his replacement.

Elsewhere, the LaLiga champions are also unimpressed by David Alaba's prolonged injury woes. The Canadian defender picked up an ACL injury last year but is yet to return to full fitness.

Real Madrid could be forced to invest in their backline this summer amid their recent injury woes. While David Alaba remains sidelined, Dani Carvajal picked up an ACL injury last month and is unlikely to play again this season.

Trent Alexander-Arnold has already been identified as the Spaniard's long-term replacement. Recent reports have suggested that Los Blancos are planning to move for him at the turn of the year.

The LaLiga giants have struggled in the absence of their talismanic right-back and want to make amends in January. Alexander-Arnold's contract with Liverpool expires next summer and he hasn't signed a new deal.

The Reds remain determined to tie him down to an extension but their efforts are yet to bear fruit. Real Madrid are keeping a close eye on the situation and could tempt Liverpool with an offer for the 26-year-old in January. The Reds could consider letting him go to avoid losing him for free next summer.
