Endrick is not seeking a departure from Real Madrid in January, according to AS. The highly-rated Brazilian forward arrived at the Santiago Bernabeu this summer but has struggled for game time so far.
Endrick has appeared nine times across competitions for Los Blancos this season, registering two goals and one assist. However, only one of them has been from the start, with the 18-year-old managing just 107 minutes of first-team action for the LaLiga giants.
Endrick started Real Madrid's 4-0 defeat against Barcelona on October 26 from the bench. Even with the game in urgent need of attacking changes after the break, Carlo Ancelotti opted against bringing on the teenager. It was the fourth game in a row that the player was an unused substitute for Los Blancos.
The situation has added to speculation regarding the Brazilian's future, with reports stating that he could seek greener pastures at the turn of the year. A loan move has been suggested as an option, which could help the player gather valuable game time.
However, it now appears that Endrick has no desire to leave the Santiago Bernabeu just yet. He is eager to stay and fight for his place, at least until the end of the campaign.
The player only arrived in Real Madrid from Palmeiras this summer and is expected to take his time to find his feet in his new surroundings. As such, he is willing to be patient and learn as much as he can from his new teammates.
Will Real Madrid sign a new No. 9 in 2025?
Real Madrid bolstered their attack this summer by roping in Kylian Mbappe and Endrick. However, they still lack an established No. 9 in the team and their frontline has looked disconnected at times.
It is believed that a proven striker could also help get the best out of Mbappe. A recent report from SPORT has stated that Los Blancos have their eyes on Erling Haaland for the job.
The Norwegian striker has been outstanding for Manchester City since arriving at the Etihad from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2022. Haaland has registered 104 goals and 14 assists from 111 games for the Premier League champions so far.
The LaLiga giants are long-term admirers of the player and are monitoring his situation closely. The 24-year-old reportedly has a release clause that could work in Real Madrid's favor. Erling Haaland is apparently open to a move to the Santiago Bernabeu as well.
