A personalised Lionel Messi bike is reportedly set to hit the market in 2025. It's pertinent to note that the 37-year-old received a Team Sky Pinarello Dogma F8 bike and team jersey that had his name, jersey number and Argentina's flag, in 2015.

As per GOAL, the eight-time Ballon d'Or received the cycling bike from Sir Dave Brailsford, the current INEOS and Manchester United director. Messi is now set to release his own bike. As per Relevo (via GOAL), Messi's personalised bike is set to cost €10,000-15,000 and will be released in collaboration with a world-class cyclist.

La Pulga's international boss Lionel Scaloni once said about cycling:

"It's a sport that has nothing to do with football, but it's wonderful."

Other renowned footballers - past or present - to have been associated with cycling include Messi's former Barcelona teammate Bojan Krkic, as well as the now-retired David Silva and Fabio Cannavaro.

Lionel Messi - widely regarded as one of the best players in the game's history - hsa been with his current club Inter Miami since last summer. The 37-year-old arrived in South Florida after nearly two decades in European football.

Messi played his first full season in American football under his former Barcelona boss Tata Martino, who left last week after failing to lead the Supporters' Shield winners to MLS Cup glory. Talking about his latest stint with Messi, Martino said (as per The Mirror):

“I believe it was the best work I've had with Messi, it was better than when we were in Barcelona and with the Argentine national team. Leo is in a different moment in his career, a lighter one, we lived intensely this year and a half in Miami, it was an excellent experience.
"We were very close during this past year and a half. Among our three stints, it was the best time we’ve spent together."

The Messi-Martino combination helped the Herons to their first-ever competitive title last season - the 2023 Leagues Cup - before they won the Supporters' Shield this year.
