Bayern Munich playmaker Toni Kroos has not closed his door for a transfer away from the Allianz Arena, reports SkySports.
Kroos, 24, has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United this transfer window and with reports suggesting that he has turned down an offer for a new deal has intensified the speculations over his future.
“I am unable to rule anything out,” he told magazine Kicker.
“I am under contract with Bayern Munich. Actually there are yet no further talks scheduled. I will therefore fully focus on the second half of the season.”
“There are worse situations in life. I play for a top club, and under a top coach. I am pleased, and sometime in the future a decision will be made,” he added.
“He is an important player,” manager Pep Guardiola said ahead of Bayern’s game at Stuttgart when asked about Kroos, who has 18 months left on his current contract . “But it can go fast in football. Here today, there tomorrow.”
