Chelsea have set an asking price of around £35 million for young striker Romelu Lukaku, according to the Daily Mail.
The Belgian, who is on loan at Everton and scored against Arsenal today, has scored 17 goals and 12 goals in his two respective seasons in the Premier League.
He signed for Chelsea in 2011 but has not scored in his 27 appearances for the Blues, hence why he has been sent out on two season-long loan deals.
However well he’s done on loan, Jose Mourinho apparently isn’t a big fan so may be willing to offload Lukaku and for a hefty fee, too.
If Lukaku stays in England then Tottenham could be his most likely destination given that they have more financial muscle than Everton.
Atletico Madrid will also be interested in the player along with German clubs Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen.
Lukaku shot into the focus of many of Europe’s big clubs while playing for Anderlecht in Belgium where he scored 41 goals in 98 games.
Lukaku has averaged one goals every two games at Everton – 13 in 26.
