If reports are to be believed, Mario Balotelli could be all set for a reunion with Jose Mourinho, who he worked closely with during his time at Inter Milan in their treble winning season of 2009-10.
Despite having fallen out with each other towards the end of Jose Mourinho’s term at Inter Milan, the Portuguese seems to be keen to land the extremely talented yet erratic forward.
The Italian currently plays his trade with giants AC Milan, however, has failed to settle down since his big money move from Manchester City. The 23-year old has scored an impressive 14 goals already this season, in all competitions.
Chelsea could do with more goals from their strikers, as it could be vital for their season going forward. In Mario Balotelli, the Chelsea manager hopes to find the goals and experience of winning the English Premier League, which could prove to be a master stroke.
