Sports Direct News reports, Jose Mourinho is keen on signing new defenders as Brazilian center-back, David Luiz is all set to leave the club. Luiz was earlier targeted by Barcelona in summer.
The Brazilian has been kept out of the first eleven for most of the games so far in this season. In search regular first team starts, Luiz might leave the club in January.
The probable replacements in Mourinho’s radar are, Inter Milan’s Andrea Ranocchia, FC Porto’s youngster Eliaquim Mangala and Raphael Varane from his former club Real Madrid.
With the World Cup approaching next summer, which is in the defender’s home country, he would want to play regularly. This could be one of the reasons for him to leave the Blues.
