In a massive blow to Manchester United, prime midfield transfer target Arturo Vidal is set end speculation regarding his future by signing a £200,000-a-week bumper deal at Juventus.

The Chilean has been courted by several top European clubs after putting in impressive and consistent performances for the defending Italian champions over the last couple of years.

The 26-year old has been in a rich vain of form this season as well, scoring 11 goals and proving 5 assists in the 23 games he has played in the Italian Serie A so far.

A box to box midfielder with incredible stamina, he could have been the perfect answer to the lack of creativity and spark in the middle of the park for David Moyes.

The Scottish manager bid for the talented playmaker in January only to see it rejected, which prompted many to believe that the English champions will reignite their interest in the summer.

However, the Red Devils will now need to look elsewhere to fill the glaring gap alongside Michael Carrick in midfield.
