Rumour: Real Madrid to fork out £60 million for Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero

Sergio Aguero has become one of the hottest properties in world football, with a dazzling start to this year’s campaign. The lethal Argentinian has already scored 18 goals in 19 appearances so far, for Manchester City.

Real Madrid, who have money to burn, are keen on making the hitman their next Galactico, with a mammoth £60 million move in January. He would become a part of one of the most formidable attacks in Europe, with Ronaldo and Bale on either flank.

Manchester City however, will be desperate to hold on to their talisman, and keep him away from the clutches of the Spanish giants, who usually get their way.
