Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle United are in a three way tug of war to sign talented MK Dons youngster Dele Alli.
However, according to MK Dons manager Karl Robinson, Liverpool have the upper hand.
Robinson stated: “I know Brendan (Rodgers) quite well and we speak about different players all the time,”
“Dele’s special. You don’t see many 17-year-olds playing in the FA cup third round against a very good Wigan side and not looking out of place.”
“There are one or two players I would like from Liverpool on loan and he knows that as well.”
