Ryan Giggs awarded 4 Guinness World Records

Ryan Giggs continues to astound one and all as he continues to break records and he is set to enter the 2013 edition of Guinness World Records with four records!

His astonishing achievements are:

1.) First (and only) player to have appeared in every season of the football Premier League (1992 – 2011)

2.) First (and only) player to have scored in every season of the football Premier League (1992 – 2011)

3.) Most appearances in the football Premier League (598)

4.) Most Premier League winner’s medals (12).

Speaking about his incredible achievement, the 38-year-old winger said: “I’m very proud to be recognised with these world records, especially to be the first and only player to have played and scored in every Premier League. To have my records in the Guinness World Records book, which I remember reading as a kid, is an amazing feeling.”

Even at 38, the Manchester United legend continues to ply his trade at the very top of the game, playing alongside players almost half his age but has shown time and again that he is still more than able to hold his own on the pitch!
