The official draw for the SAFF Championship 2013 was held at Soltee Crown Plaza today.
Nepal has been drawn in group ‘A’ along with defending champions India, Pakistan and Bangladesh while Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Bhutan lie in group B.
The tournament will be hosted in Nepal from September 1 to 11 in Kathmandu and the eight SAARC countries will be taking part in what will be the tenth edition of the SAFF Championship.
India will open it’s account against Pakistan in the tournament opener at 3.15 pm while Nepal will take on Bangladesh same day 6:15 pm.
Both the semi-finals will be played on September 8, while the finals will be held on September 11.
