Arsenal full-back Bacary Sagna, who is in the final year of his contract, could move to PSG or Monaco and end his career in his homeland.
Sagna, who is in the French squad preparing for the World Cup, could face competition from PSG defender Christophe Jallet for a spot in the national team.
He said: “I still haven’t extended my contract. I am talking, and I am not at a bad club either.”
Sagna arrived at Arsenal from Auxerre in 2007 and has been one of their prominent players.
When asked if he would move back to France, he said: “It is possible. We would have to see in which conditions and, in sporting terms, what they propose.
“I won’t just go anywhere.
“If I stay at Arsenal, I will try to have a good season, there’s a World Cup at the end of it.
“If I am to leave, it will be a new challenge.”
