San Jose Earthquakes and Club Necaxa return to action in the Leagues Cup when they square off at Paypal Park on Thursday. Both sides finished as runners-up in the group stages and will be aiming to book their spot in the round of 16.

San Jose Earthquakes suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat at the hands of LA Galaxy in the Group B finale of the Leagues Cup last Thursday.
