Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla has dropped no hints about his future and insisted that he will analyze his options only after the World Cup is over according to The Metro.
Atletico Madrid have been strongly linked with the midfielder and may make a move to sign him to soften the impending loss of Diego Costa, Felipe Luis and Tiago to Chelsea.
The Spain international has made no move to shoot down the rumours and stated that he will decide what to do once he returns from international duty.
“When the World Cup is over, I’ll start thinking about my situation,” said Cazorla in an interview to Spanish newspaper AS.
“I don’t want to be thinking about it right now and I’ve told my agents not to tell me anything if an offer comes in.
“But I know a few of the Atlético players – Godín, Juanfran and I know the side well from when I was playing the Spanish league but until the tournament is over, I won’t know if the rumours are true or not.”
The 29-year-old signed a new deal with Arsenal in March but could be tempted to make a move back to his homeland and play for Spanish champions Atletico Madrid.
