Barcelona will sign Neymar only in a swap deal

Barcelona seem to have arrived at a final decision on Neymar. As per the latest reports, the Catalans have decided that they will only sign Neymar if Paris Saint-Germain are willing to accept players in exchange. In other words, they won't spend even a euro to sign him.

Barcelona remain keen on bringing the Brazilian back to the Camp Nou. However, after signing Antoine Griezmann for a whopping €120 million, it is no secret that Barcelona cannot afford to match Paris Saint-Germain's valuation of the player with money alone.

Ernesto Valverde and co. believe that Neymar might end up staying at PSG beyond the summer despite Real Madrid entering the race to sign him. Barcelona are not too bothered about the competition right now. They wouldn't care a whole lot if Neymar chooses Real Madrid, the report claims.

The report adds that Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu is set to attend a meeting in Liverpool next Thursday where the PSG representatives will also be present.
