Real Madrid’s captain Sergio Ramos is not happy with his teammate, James Rodriguez after the latter made suspicious comments on his Real Madrid future. The Colombian has been in and out of the side since he joined Los Blancos and has failed to establish himself in the starting XI.
The story has not changed under Zinedine Zidane either with Isco getting the nod ahead of him. The midfield man spoke about his future recently stating that he is happy at the club but is unsure if his future lies with Madrid.
His captain Ramos who lifted the Club World Cup trophy yesterday was not impressed with his comments. The club also will not appreciate the manner in which he made his transfer situation public.
Speaking after the victory Ramos said, “It's not a day for personal issues. I hold him in high regard and I hope he stays, but today wasn't a day to focus on other matters.” Rodriguez has only made 8 appearances in the league this season with a few of them coming from the bench.
These are numbers of a player who has lost his way at the club, with the quotes from his interview maybe justify that to an extent. “I'm happy here, but I want to play more. I want to stay at Madrid forever. But you have to think about everything and look at your options. I have offers and I've got seven days to think about it.”

Chelsea are one of the clubs said to have offered the 25-year-old a route out of Spain with several other European giants also said to be interested. The club would not have enjoyed that interview as much as his suitors would have.
Ronaldo inspires Real Madrid CWC win
Cristiano Ronaldo grabbed the headlines once again as he added to his impressive trophy collection in 2016 as Real Madrid defeated Kashima Antlers to lift the Club World Cup.
The Portuguese scored a hat-trick in a 4-2 win as the Los Blancos ended the year on a high. Ramos was ecstatic after the win saying, “It's fantastic, all the more so if you're the one who gets to lift the trophy. The team deserved it," he concluded. "We've closed out the year in the way we wanted to.”
