Juventus also picked up Adrien Rabiot from PSG on a free transfer.
Adrien Rabiot did not renew his contract with PSG. While he was set to become a free agent once the transfer season began, Juventus were quick to snap up the 24-year-old Frenchman. He was notably suspended for two weeks by PSG for what seemed like celebrating the Champions League loss to Manchester United.

He ended up frozen out of the first team, with only 14 appearances in Ligue 1 last season. Rabiot would be glad to have joined the Italian giants, and will certainly push to fight for a starting place in the first team.
Aaron Ramsey, another world-class midfielder, was unable to come to terms with Arsenal on a new contract. He was also snapped up quickly by the Bianconeri who had kept their eyes on Ramsey's contract dealings with the North London club. Making 35 appearances for the Gunners last season, it's safe to say he had a more amicable exit than Rabiot.
26-year-old Stefano Sturaro signed a permanent contract returning him to his childhood club Genoa. Genoa sold him to the Juventini in 2014, but having gone on loan every season, Sturaro failed to impress enough to gain a spot in the starting XI at Turin. Last term, he joined Genoa on loan and the club decided to make his loan permanent with just over €16 million.

Nnanna Mba
Nnanna is a European and international football journalist who has been covering news and transfer rumors at Sportskeeda for around 5 years. A keen interest in reading and football since an early age, watching games at local stadiums with family paved the way for him to take up the sport professionally.
Nnanna’s favorite club is English team Bolton Wanderers because he witnessed Nigeria legend Jay-Jay Okocha's play for them between 2002 and 2006. His favorite footballer is Ronaldinho due to the Brazilian's love for the sport and admires Pep Guardiola for redefining football tactics. As a former literature student, Nnanna reckons that the best way of connecting with the readers is to add a bit of empathy in his writing, and relies on trusted websites like Transfermarkt and WhoScored for his articles.
Lionel Messi lifting the World Cup trophy in 2022 is Nnanna’s favorite FIFA World Cup moment, and also follows Major League Soccer due to the diminutive Argentine. He strongly believes that Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland could be the next two superstars in the same light as legendary pair Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
When not writing, he likes to play Football Manager and other simulation games.
