The only adjectives United fans will associate with this day are awful, gloomy and other such synonyms. To lose the title is a disappointment in itself, but to lose it to your cross town rivals and that too on goal difference would be like a sucker punch. Many United fans still haven’t recovered from that.
But if any club can change the scenario around, it is Manchester united. The club went through a lot of disappointments only to become even stronger. Among the ever changing premier league era, only one person hasn’t changed, Sir Alex Ferguson.

To carry the whole squad like he did in the previous season is a testament to the great man’s acumen.
3. Unending will to win
Even after 25 glorious years and 37 trophies, the 70 year old has the same enthusiasm and willingness as a ten yr old playing on the football pitch. His ruthlessness, eye for talent and unrelenting determination to win transfers to the players and that is why Manchester United have been so succesful.
All in all, with the gum-chewing, foul-mouthing, bespectacled genius at the helm, united faithful will always be confident no matter how big the
