Team News
Derby
- Andre Wisdom could make his debut replacing fellow loanee Adam Smith at right-back.
- Paul Coutts and Adam Legzdins are both set for lengthy spells on the sidelines.
- Jeff Hendrick could make his long awaited return, but Johnny Russell is set to miss out after fracturing a bone in his leg.
- Mason Bennett could make his first home league start for the Rams ahead of last weeks match winner Conor Sammon.
Birmingham
- Neal Eardley and Will Packwood are still long term injury problems for the Blues.
- Matthew Green could return to side replacing Lee Novak.
- Wade Elliot is also set to start after impressing off the bench last Sunday at Leeds.
Prediction
- Two wins from two and unbeaten in three games is an impressive start to life at Pride Park for Steve McLaren.
- Ten goals in those three games is equally stunning and the Rams are starting to look up the table rather than down.
- Birmingham on the other hand have been in woeful form away from home, conceding nine goals in their last three games away from St Andrews.
- The City team that plays on the road appears to be a completely different side that plays at home and Derby are unlikely to succumb to a shock defeat at Pride Park.
