Team News
Reading
- Alex McCarthy could miss out with Adam Federici starting goal.
- Jem Karacan is out until the new year.
- Mikele Leigertwood and Jason Roberts are closing in on a return from long term injuries, but are unlikely to feature.
- Hal Robson-Kanu could return but Gareth McLeary is set to keep his place after impressing in a rare start last week.
Millwall
- Richard Chaplow is set to miss out again with a groin strain but Lee Martin could be on the bench.
- Mark Beevers is doubtful so Danny Shittu should start at centre-back.
- Steve Morison and Jermaine Easter are both set to be on the bench with Scott McDonald starting up front.
Prediction
- Four wins and two draws from their opening six home games is a good return for Reading who are looking a good bet for a play off push.
- The Royals have found their scoring boots and have plenty of attacking option that will massively help them out as the season goes on.
- Millwall looked to have turned the corner under Steve Lomas with three consecutive wins at start of the month, but two defeats and a draw in their last three games has brought them back down to earth.
- One win on the road so far this season has been a problem for the Lions and the short trip to Reading may not bring much joy.
Reading 2 - 0 Millwall
