#3 Nani wants World Class players at Old Trafford
United's disastrous campaign has saddened former players and fans alike and now a prominent member of United's last Premier League winning team has spoken about ringing the changes at Old Trafford. Former United winger Nani has urged the Red Devils to invest in World Class talents this season, in order to bring back the glory days.
Speaking to Omnisport, he had this to say
United need more world-class players. Change something, attitude on the pitch.
He was reminiscent of his playing days at United under Sir Alex Ferguson, remembering how his team had a desire on the pitch that drove them to glory. He then went on to highlight the problem with United right now.
As a team, they are not a strong team. They must know that. Obviously, it's still a young team too and maybe the club need to sign some top, experienced players to keep United among the best clubs in the world.
However, the Portuguese backed Solskjaer to guide his club back to success.
He's been there in the past
Obviously he has a different role now but he knows the mentality and how the club achieved what they have.
But he has some good stuff to show the players, to change the mentality, to take them on the right way to fight for all the competitions.
