Spain beats Croatia in qualifiers

European U-21 Football action last night saw the Spanish U-21 play Croatia away from home and winning 2-0. It is Spains third straight victory in the group qualifiers that gives them 9 points in 3 games. The qualifiers are for the 2013 European Championship Finals places and Spain is currently in a strong position to qualify.

The Spanish side dominated most of the game with one touch Football and when the spaces appeared they took full advantage with goals from Koke and Rodrigo.

Tomorrow the seniors (Spanish A-side) and current World Champions will go head to head in Prague against the Czech Republic in their Euro Group qualifiers for 2012.
