Here are the official rankings club rankings released by UEFA at the end of last season. Barcelona heads the list with 157.605 points followed by German and European Champions Bayern Munich.
UEFA takes into account the aggregate points collected during last five years. So far, calculating the 2012/13 rankings, they have taken the time period between 2008/09 and 2012/13.
