A manager has the option of bringing in a maximum of 3 new players into the match from the nominated 7 on the bench. Any new player who gets into the game replaces an existing player on the field. Arsenal fans wouldn’t be surprised to see Podolski’s name on top of this list. He is the most subbed player, with Arsene Wenger taking him off 19 times in the season so far.
