Target set for Manuel Pellegrini

5 years, 5 trophies seems to be the target set for Manchester City’s new boss Manuel Pellegrini. The Manchester City employers have been disappointed by Roberto Mancini’s performance this season. Former champions of England finished runners up in the English Premier League, lost the final of the FA Cup to Wigan Athletic and got knocked out of the Champions League for the second time in a row. His primary target will be to reclaim the Premier League title from their neighbours, Manchester United and to secure a semi-final spot in next season’s UEFA Champions League. He is also expected to pay heed to the youth team and design to the utility of homegrown talent which City posses. Winning trophies might take time, but at the moment improvement is the key.
