Womens' World Cup 2019: Tearful Jacobson talks about brother ahead of Sweden's World Cup semi vs Netherlands
Sweden say they are ready to spring another surprise on the 2019 Women's World Cup when they face European champions the Netherlands in their semi final on Wednesday.
16 years after they reached their only Women's World Cup final, which they lost, Sweden have been the surprise performers in France. Especially after the Swedes knocked out two-time champion Germany in the quarterfinals with a confident performance.
"I really feel it's a big, big chance for us to go the whole way and be able to play a final," said forward Sofia Jakobsson.
