Thailand host the Philippines at the Rajamangala Stadium on Monday in the second leg of the ASEAN Championship semi-final.
The War Elephants trail 2-1 in the tie after losing the first clash in Manila earlier this week. Sandro Reyes put the Street Dogs in front after 21 minutes, but Suphanan Bureerat restored parity late in the opening half.
In the fifth minute of stoppage time, the Philippines struck again, this time through Enrique Linares, who netted a smash-and-grab winner to down Masatada Ishii's side.
The Azkals will look to protect their lead by holding out for a draw in Bangkok. As for Thailand, the loss ended their run of four consecutive wins in the competition and an 11-game unbeaten run in all competitions.
