Three reasons why Manchester United will fail to sign this £30 million prolific winger

Manchester United are planning to buy Barcelona winger Alexis Sanchez in the January transfer window. It is believed that the defending premier league champions are ready to spend more than £30 Million for the Chilean International.

Even though Sanchez struggled to make a good impact with Barcelona in last two seasons, under their new manager Tata Martino, Sanchez is performing exceptionally well. Former Udinese man has scored 6 goals and distributed 6 assists so far in the 11 games he had featured in this campaign.

Adding to that, Barcelona mostly avoid selling their stars in the middle of the season (in January). Even in the next Summer window, the Catalans will be keen on keeping the pacey winger if he can maintain this kind of form throughout this season.

On the other hand, Manchester United are struggling in the premier league and there is a fear among United fans that the defending champions may even fall out of the top four this season. So, why would Alexis Sanchez move to a club in crisis. Considering all these factors, it looks like Manchester United are in for an another failed transfer saga.
