#9 Eden Hazard
Few would disagree over the prospect of having Eden Hazard in their starting XI. The Belgian has been at his imperious best as usual, although Chelsea's form has dropped considerably this season.
As of late, Eden Hazard has notched 12 goals and 4 assists in 33 appearances. The Belgian was instrumental in Chelsea's title-winning campaign last season and is set to play the same role this year, albeit with a change in the club's aims. The Blues have fallen to the fourth place in the league and they will require him in every game if they want to seal a Champions League place for the next season.
Added to that, Real Madrid are set to test their resolve to keep the 27-year-old this summer. If they do lose him, there's bound to be a change in the list of the most expensive footballers of all time.
