#3 Liverpool - 107 points
Like Chelsea, Liverpool haven't been the most consistent of teams in the UEFA Champions League, especially in the last few years. But the Reds are high up on this list, as they made two Champions League finals in the last four years, winning the second one.
The Reds won their sixth title in the competition in 2018-19, beating Tottenham Hotspur in the final. Before 2017-18, Jurgen Klopp's men had appeared in the competition just once in the previous seven years.
Last season, Liverpool were eliminated by Real Madrid in the quarter-finals. This season, the Reds commenced their Champions League campaign with a 3-2 win over AC Milan. In their second game, they triumphed 5-2 at Porto.
Note: Liverpool's Porto win is not included in their points tally.
#2 Manchester City - 119 points
Manchester City have been regulars in the UEFA Champions League since 2012-13. The Cityzens have reached the competition's quarter-finals at least five times in the last six years.
Last season, Pep Guardiola's men were denied their first Champions League title by Chelsea; City went down by a solitary goal in the final.
The reigning Premier League winners launched their 2021-22 campaign in the competition with a resounding 6-3 home win over Leipzig. But they lost 2-0 at PSG in their second match.
#1 Bayern Munich - 118 points
Bayern Munich have been the most consistent team in the Champions League in the last few years. In their last ten appearances in the competition, the Bavarian giants have made at least the quarter-finals on eight occasions.
In 2019-20, they beat PSG by a solitary goal in the final to become only the second team to win multiple continental trebles. Last season, the holders were knocked out by PSG in the quarter-finals.
Bayern have started their latest campaign in the competition like a house on fire, winning 3-0 at Barcelona.
The Bavarian giants welcome Dynamo Kyiv to Munich on Matchday 2.
