8. Lucas Moura: Paris Saint-Germain to Tottenham, £25m
Tottenham completed the £25m signing of winger Lucas Moura from Paris Saint-Germain on a five-and-a-half-year deal on the deadline day. Having been linked with several Premier League sides, the Brazil international winger is now set to call Wembley Stadium home.
Lucas made more than 150 appearances for PSG since joining in January 2013, winning four Ligue 1 titles and three Coupe de France trophies. He was a big part of Laurent Blanc's successful PSG side, and last season under Unai Emery he scored 19 goals and set up 11, including a run of seven goals in 12 matches.
He has not featured in this season's Champions League for PSG and is therefore available for Spurs in the knockout stage. It is quite clear that Spurs will be adding quality to their ranks in the form of this winger.
