There is absolutely no need to stress on the fact that Bayern has one of the best academies in the world as the world class players they have produced and the world class facilities at the academy are known to everyone. They invest a substantial amount academy and have scouts all over the world.

Unlike most of the academies which are typically filled with homegrown players, Bayern's youth teams accommodate players from various countries. In fact, in their present U19 squad, players from 11 different countries are present and in the U17 squad, players from six different nationalities are present which gives us a clear indication of how big an area they tend to cover with their scouting schemes and how players from other countries want to join their academy.
