#4 FC Barcelona: €1.07 billion
FC Barcelona house one of the best players in the world in Lionel Messi and it is no surprise that the Blaugrana are currently valued at €1.07 billion.
The reigning Spanish champions are not enjoying their best form on the field but are still one of the finest teams in the world. They signed an array of world-class players last summer in the form of Antoine Griezmann and Frenkie de Jong who raised their squad value massively.
To no one's surprise, Messi is the highest-valued player in the squad at €140 million followed by Griezmann at €120 million, De Jong and Marc-Andre Ter Stegen at €90 million each and Ousmane Dembele at €75 million.
#3 Real Madrid- €1.08 billion
Real Madrid have been one of the most successful clubs of the 21st century winning four UEFA Champions League titles in the last decade itself. The Spanish giants had a vulnerable 2018-19 season after which they splashed €300 million on summer transfers last year to overhaul their squad.
Los Blancos' squad is currently valued at €1.08 billion and their highest-valued player is Eden Hazard whose value is pegged at €120 million. Following the Belgian is Raphael Varane at €80 million, Casemiro at €70 million and Toni Kroos at €60 million.
With the additions of various youngsters, their value is only going to rise moving forward as they transform from world-class talents to world-beaters.
