To be the first choice goalkeeper at a team like Barcelona requires you to have exceptional talent both with your hands and feet. This is where Ter Stegen has excelled. A strong, aware keeper who can start off moves as well as sweep for those in front of him. Many top teams will be privileged to have him as their first choice and Barcelona are lucky to have him. If it wasn't for the one in front of him in the national team's pecking order, Manuel Neuer, he'd have more than just the 20 caps he has for Germany.
