10. Ali Al-Habsi – Wigan Athletic

Ali Al-Habsi is one of the finest and most underrated goalkeepers in the EPL. Al-Habsi is the man behind Wigan Athletic’s little success.He has been saving his net quite wonderfully in the Premier League.

9. Tim Howard – Everton

American international Tim Howard has proved himself to be one the best in the Premier League. He even scored a goal in the previous season, which is an exceptional achievement for a goalie. Also, he started this season’s first Premier League match against Manchester United, who are currently at the top of the table, and kept a clean sheet!

Szczesny is only 22 and has many years to mature which can make him a legendary goalie at The Emirates.He is been truely awesome fot the Gunners and replaced Almunia and Fabianski as the first-choice keeper for the Gunners.

Simon Mignolet is shining and many fans have a feeling that he is a rising star. He has played very well compared to last season and Martin O’Neil has evolved him into a great goalkeeper. If he ever wants to leave, he will be definitely picked up by one of the big clubs.

4. David De Gea – Manchester United

Falling apart from his eye surgery last season, he has made a magnificent comeback for Manchester United. He has a good potential to be a future star for his club, and also has been good for Spain U21 side.

2. Asmir Begovic – Stoke City

Begovic has been anonymous since taking over the permanent goalkeeper spot for Stoke City. The other goalkeeper of Stoke City, Sorensen, is also very good. But Begovic has forced Tony Pulis to keep him as a permanent goalkeeper for his club. Also, he is the most improved player of the Premier League since last season.

1. Petr Cech – Chelsea

He is the star of Chelsea and because of this, they have a great defensive record. He is most experienced keeper in the Premier League after Brad Friedel. Petr Cech has also helped Chelsea to win the Champions League by saving key penalties in the penalty shoot-out against Bayern Munich.
