Getting booked is something footballers hate to the core, and Elche’s Alberto Botia has already received 12 yellow cards this season in just 21 matches. His feat is matched by Chievo’s Bostjan Cesar who has the same number of cards but in 20 matches.

Real Madrid’s Sergio Ramos is one of the big players in the list having received 9 yellow cards this season.
