#2 Kevin De Bruyne
Football fans were handed their first glimpse of Kevin De Bruyne in 2013 when he briefly featured in Chelsea's first team. He was soon shipped to Germany after only 3 Premier League appearances, and it was not until 2015 before the Belgian made his return.
The 27 year old wasted no time in showing his former employers what they were missing, as he quickly developed into one of the best attacking players in the world.
The Manchester City man demonstrates his incredible play-making ability on a weekly basis, finishing last season with 16 assists. De Bruyne will continue to grow under Pep Guardiola, however, he misses out on the accolade of being the best in the league to a fellow Belgian.
#1 Eden Hazard
Eden Hazard is without doubt the biggest talent in the Premier League. However, his consistency has at times held him back. This has all changed in 2018, as the Belgian has raised his game in every area.
The 27-year-old has been excellent in both the big games, and the games Chelsea are expected to win comfortably this season. He has already hit 7 goals in 9 outings this season, which has led him to be linked with a move to Real Madrid. If Hazard is able to continue his form over the next few months, he may even be a favoured contender for the Ballon d'Or award.
