#8 David Silva
David Silva has been one of the world's best playmakers for years now and he hasn't been at his best this season, but still he is in top 10 and that just tells you the quality of the Spaniard.
Silva has played on the left side of the midfield alongside Bernardo Silva and Fernandinho. The veteran loves picking up spaces in between the midfield and defense, and his link up play with Raheem Sterling and Leroy Sane has been a highlight this season.
The 33-year-old has given a total of 10 assists this season and scored 9 goals. Silva doesn't look like he is ageing and with the form he is in, it will not be a surprise if he keeps up his level of play for years to come.
#7 Angel Di Maria
When Paris Saint-Germain signed Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, it was clear that Di Maria's game time was going to be reduced. But this year the Argentine has picked his game up and has almost been undroppable.
Di Maria has started alongside Mbappe in a front two most of the season as Neymar and Cavani have been injured for a good part of this year. The Argentine has been creating many chances and his partnership with Mbappe has been deadly.
The 31-year-old has given a total of 14 assists and scored 14 goals. Di Maria has to keep up his form and there are some world class players breathing down his neck.
