Five goals and two assists so far, Brooks adds pace and direct nature to the Bournemouth frontline. One of the most exciting young players in the division and someone to look out for in the years to come.
#5 Xherdan Shaqiri (Liverpool)
At £13.5m, Shaqiri is another contender for the bargain of the season. He has not been a regular starter under Klopp till now but things are bound to change soon, after the recent performances of the Swiss. Only 15 appearances in the league so far, and most of them from the bench, Shaqiri has still managed to net in six goals, including a crucial double against Manchester United when he came off the bench. It is only a matter of time before he becomes a regular starter under Klopp as he offers a new dimension upfront along with Mane, Firmino and Salah.

Torreira is a ball-winning midfielder Arsenal have been crying out for years. After an impressive performance in the World Cup for Uruguay, Arsenal sealed his move from Sampdoria for £26m. His presence in the team has made a huge difference to Emery's men. He has become something of a fans' favourite at Arsenal and at 22, he can only get better. Based on his performances and impact in the first half of the season, he has been a steal in the current transfer market.
