#3 Jorginho (Chelsea)
The epitome of 'Sarriball'. Along with his philosophy of attacking football, Sarri brought in Jorginho from Napoli along with him for £57m. Jorginho is what gets Chelsea ticking. Sitting deep in the midfield, he is key in handling the transition from defence to attack. Turned down Manchester City to sign for Chelsea, and he's transformed the entire team. Leading the Premier League in passes attempted, Jorginho's ability to select the correct pass and get Chelsea going is a joy to watch. Recent struggles for Chelsea have suggested that if you stop Jorginho, you stop Chelsea, which just shows the importance of the 27-year-old.
#2 Richarlison (Everton)
When he was signed for £40m from Watford, the question asked was whether he was worth it or was it just another Premier League transfer madness. Fast-forward to January, he has been one of the best transfers in the league this season. Everton's record signing has reignited their attack with nine goals, after their below-par finish last season. Good eye for goal and relentless work ethic, he has already become a fan-favourite. At 21, he is one of the most exciting prospects in English football and his value is sky-rocketing.
#1 Alisson Becker (Liverpool)
Liverpool have finally solved their goalkeeper woes. Eight goals conceded in 20 games, Liverpool have the meanest defence in the league. Signed for £65m, making him the most expensive goalkeeper of all time before it was broken by Cheslea's Kepa Arrizabalaga, Alisson's presence has restored some order from the dark days of Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius. Liverpool's defence seems more relaxed with Alisson protecting their goal. If Liverpool are to win trophies this season, it will largely depend on the form of the Brazilian.
