#3 Mario Gomez (155 goals in 277 appearances)
Germany and VfL Wolfsburg striker Mario Gomez has scored 155 goals in 277 Bundesliga appearances during his time with three different clubs in the German top-flight.
Gomez began his career at Stuttgart as he worked his way up the ranks to the first team, making his debut in 2003. After six strong seasons at the club and a Bundesliga title to his name, Gomez moved to German giants Bayern Munich as he spent the next four years of his career with the Bavarian giants.
In 2013, Gomez opted to move to Italy enjoying three good seasons at Fiorentina, following which the German then joined Turkish club Besiktas for a year before moving to Wolfsburg.
The big striker was part of the German 2010 World Cup squad that finished third but missed out on the squad that claimed the world title four years later at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. However, the 32-year-old striker is keen to make the squad for Russia 2018 as national glory on the international stage eludes the veteran forward.
