#1 Claudio Pizzaro (191 goals in 434 appearances)

The Peruvian and FC Koln striker, Claudio Pizarro is one of the most underrated forwards in the history of the German top-flight. He is fifth on the all-time list of goal scorers in the Bundesliga and tops the active list of Bundesliga goal scorers.
Pizarro made his professional debut in Peru for Deportivo Pesquero in 1996 before moving to Alianza Lima in 1997. In 1999, German Bundesliga side Werder Bremen signed the striker and he made a significant impact scoring 30 goals in two seasons.
Bayern Munich came calling in 2001, as Pizarro joined the Bavarians and stayed with the German giants till 2007 notching in goals season after season. A move to Chelsea in 2007 followed but the Peruvian failed to make an impact in the Premier League and rejoined Bremen for two years, before rejoining Bayern Munich in 2012.
The multiple time Bundesliga winner and Champions League winner in 2013, Pizarro moved back to Weder Bremen for the third time in 2015 before joining FC Koln in 2017, where he continues to ply his trade.
