#1 Cesc Fabregas (113 assists)

The former Arsenal man moved to Stamford Bridge after a disappointing spell at his boyhood club Barcelona. Although he hasn't replicated his old form that earned him a move to Barcelona, he surely made an impact from the bench during Antonio Conte's first season when Chelsea won the title.
At 31 and his contract ending, it may be time for him to move on as he is not able to perform at the highest level, and with the appointment of Maurizio Sarri, who plays a very demanding and attacking system of football, it'll be tough for the Spaniard to adapt to his tactics, and hence it'll be best for him to move on at the end of his contract.
Despite that, there will be no doubt about his contribution to Chelsea and Arsenal during his stay in the Premier League.
