#2 Kurt Zouma
The 23-year-old French centre-back signed for Chelsea for £12 million from Saint Etienne in January 2014.
Since signing Zouma has earned 71 appearances for the club in all competitions, and was a regular starter in the 2015/16 season under interim manager Guus Hiddink before rupturing his ACL and being sidelined for six months.
Following agreeing to a new six-year deal with Chelsea on July 2017, Zouma was sent out on loan to fellow Premier League side Stoke City.
Zouma put in multiple solid performances for Stoke playing 37 games, only missing one against his parent club in the 2017/18 season.
Although he showed promise throughout the season he couldn't help enough as Stoke City finished 19th and were relegated from the Premier League.
A look forward to the 2018/19 season sees Zouma facing fierce competition for a starting berth at Chelsea.
New manager Sarri prefers a standard flat four in defence so there will only be two starting positions to fight for between five or six quality defenders.
Chelsea will not be looking to let Zouma leave the club permanently as the talented young defender will most likely be sent on another loan spell with a Premier League club.
