#1 Barcelona 6-1 PSG (UEFA Champions League)
The best comeback win in the long history of football and it deserves to be in this position.
The best match ever in the knockouts of UCL. A match which proves that ' Hope Dies Last'.
A 4 goal deficit had never been overturned in a UCL second leg before 8th March 2017.
Everyone lost hope when Barca lost the first leg 4-0 to PSG. No one counted on the Blaugrana to make it through to the next round.
The match started off with a scrappy goal by Luis Suarez just in the 3rd minute which provided exactly the right kind of start Barca needed.
An own goal by Layvin Kurzawa minutes before half-time gave a Camp Nou some hope of a ' Fairytale Comeback'. Neymar was taken down and the referee pointed for a penalty. Lionel Messi smashed the spot-kick past a diving Kevin Trapp and Barca was just a goal behind from forcing extra-time.
A finely hit first-time volley by Edinson Cavani rocked the net and it meant PSG had an away goal. This meant Barca needed 3 more goals in just 28 minutes of play. PSG held their nerves and denied Barca attacks all the way until the 88th minute.
With 2 minutes of regular time remaining, Neymar placed a superb curling free-kick in the top corner which no goal-keeper could have saved.
A couple of minutes later Luis Suarez was pulled down in the box by Marquinhos and Barca was awarded another penalty.
Neymar slotted the ball from the spot-kick and the scoreline went 5-1. With 4 minutes of stoppage time remaining, Barca still needed a goal and even the goalie, Marc Andre Ter-Stegen was upfield attacking. It was the 95th minute when Neymar lobbed a ball close to the 6-yard box.
Sergi Roberto brilliantly escaped the offside trap, stretched to meet the ball and sent it past the goalie into the net to complete the most unbelievable comeback of all time.
