#3 Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain — 10
Rising to prominence with Southampton, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was one of the most sought-after teenagers back in the early 2010s. His fame earned him a ticket to Arsenal, with whom he won numerous trophies.
The prodigy was a favorite of Arsene Wenger and played under him until his Liverpool move in 2017. The talented midfielder's career was laden with injuries. Regardless of that, he has had a fine career so far.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has won three FA Cups and three Community Shields with the Gunners. Chamberlain cited his move to Liverpool as something that was done solely for the purpose of winning major trophies.
The English international's switch proved to be fruitful. He added the UEFA Champions League title along with the UEFA Super Cup and the Premier League trophy between 2019 and 2020.
#2 Takumi Minamino — 12
The Japanese international rose to fame during his RB Salzburg days. The Austrian side had Takumi Minamino under their radar while he was playing for the J1 League team, Cerezo Osaka.
Minamino played about 189 games for the Austrian outfit and won 11 trophies (six league titles and five Austrian cup trophies). Liverpool triggered the Japanese star's release clause of £7.25 million and roped him in towards Anfield.
The versatile forward is the first and only Japanese player in the history of Liverpool. He was mostly used as a substitute in the Premier League. In February 2021, Takumi Minamino was sent on loan to Southampton with the intention of giving him more minutes in this difficult league.
He spent a decent tenure with the Saints and returned to Anfield ahead of the latest season.
#1 Thiago Alcantara — 28
Thiago Alcantara joined the Merseysiders for £20 million in 2020 after spending lengthy spells at Barcelona and Bayern Munich. The same takes his impressive trophy count to a total of 28.
Thiago is way ahead of his current team-mates in terms of trophy collection and boasts immense 'big-stage' experience amidst his peers. The Spaniard has won the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Super Cup with two different teams (Barcelona and Batern Munich).
The 31-year-old was a crucial part of Bayern Munich's 2020 European Treble triumph. Alcantara had won each of the Bundesliga titles since joining Bayern Munich. Along with seven back-to-back Bundesliga titles, Alcantara also has four German Cups and three German Super Cups at domestic level.
However, he is yet to lay hands on a major trophy as a Liverpool player. Under Jurgen Klopp's guidance, we can expect Thiago to break this deadlock in the near future.
