#3 Marcelo
It might come as a shock to see Marcelo at the third spot on the list but his performances this season have been far from acceptable by his standards.
The Brazilian didn't have the best of starts to the season when his team suffered catastrophically.
His positioning had been highly questionable then because of which Real's defence had been left exposed. It would be harsh to say that he was responsible for some of them alone.
The player has, however, overturned his fortune and gasped his way to the old form. He has an average pass length of 18 meters and created 44 chances in his 23 league appearances.
His form has been key to Real's recent success. The player needs to brace himself up for the upcoming Champions League clashes.
